I’m pleased to announce that Brian Valparaiso has joined SIFCO as the General Manager for SIFCO’s Orange facility, reporting directly to me. Brian has full responsibility for all operations in Orange, including safety and environmental health, production, engineering, quality, supply chain and facilities. He also oversees site accounting, human resources and IT.
Brian is a veteran leader of manufacturing organizations. He comes to us most recently from Consolidated Precision Products, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Pomona/Azuza facilities.
Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to this role and is focused on returning the facility to full-scale operations as the recovery from the December 2018 fire comes to completion. He shares our Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Responsiveness and Passion and will lead the team in Orange as we become a high performing solutions provider for our customers.
